About Weddings For A Living
Debbie Tobias is a Sagittarius and the heart and brains behind Weddings For A Living.
Born and raised in England, Debbie caught the party planning bug', while she was working in the executive offices of New York's famous Tavern on the Green, located in Manhattan's Central Park.
Combining her planning experience and passion for weddings she launched Down the Aisle, a wedding planning company, in 2002, with the goal of doing away with the standard approach to weddings and instead, creating an experience that would make the planning process enjoyable for her clients.
In addition to planning special occasions, Debbie also served as a local instructor for the Wedding Planning Institute, educating and certifying aspiring wedding planners. Based on student feedback, she created Weddings For A Living to provide ongoing support and creative marketing tips and ideas for wedding planners who want to catapult their business to success after certification.
